Prototype assembly

Rapid Electronic Solutions is fully equipped to assemble your prototype circuit boards as soon as they arrive.  The method used to assemble the boards will depend on quantity, complexity and budget.  

To keep the cost low for you, we can hand assemble boards including difficult packages such as BGA, 0402, 0201, and no-lead packages.  Alternatively we can machine load your boards with our SMT reflow line.  For the fastest possible turnaround time, our SMT line can be set up, ready and waiting to load your boards.
